The wife's bike... again!

Post by mattjc » Mon Mar 07, 2011 8:08 pm

After various different problems with this bike, we came to the conclusion that the genny was flecked, so a replacement was found, and work commenced... genie cover off and a lot of oil poured out, so my question is - Is this right? and if not, what do i need to stop it from happening again?

Cheers Guys

The generator runs in oil, it's ok and not the cause of your problem. Search the forum for ideas like improving earthing and regulator cooling.
