Anyway, I am trying to get directly a hold of CMSMJ1 (Mark). He has e-mailed me from the forum, but it was with a no-reply address and he didn't leave his e-mail address. :?

Thanks.

how did you guys go about connecting this all up to the loom? For some reason i thought we were supposed to use a gsxr regulator rectifier, all the original posts were on the other forum

The OEM alternator has 3 wires as the output. The same has the gsxr alternator.
The wires are coupled the same way inside the alternator, so the OEM recifier from Honda can be used.
Power is nothing without control!

Still a worthy upgrade over the Honda reg/rect though ;)

I can't quite remember, it looks as though most post-2000 600, 750 and 1000 flywheels/stators will fit, but the one above might be a better (lighter?) design..
So..what was the verdict on the GSXR rotor/stator parts? Have you got yours fitted Cam, Lasse, Mockery? What did you go for parts wise?

I have a lead on the k5 goodies but if the k7 is lighter then I will go for some of that.

My goodies arrived today - thanks Mike - customs borrowed them for a bit.

Got a line on K7 parts at a local wrecker here, but by the time I can afford them they might be gone...
