GK76a DynoJet Kits?

Today my bike made 58bhp with a race can and K&N filter. The bike is running a tad on the lean side and the fuel curve isn't great low down. Higher up 8k+ the bike runs nice.

The operator said that DynoJet no longer produce kits for the GSXR400?? He went on to say although the bike runs a tad lean it's not enough to be concerned about and advised to see how it went on the open road (as I might not want to bother with changing jets). The main jet wasn't too bad but mentioned the needles and that he didn't think they were adjustable as standard...

So have DynoJet discontinued the kits? :|

Cheers,
J

when i had mine a few years back, i was told that dynojet have never made kits for them. My tuner did get around the prob anyhow, i presume he just shimmed the needles, and mikuni jets are mikuni jets i guess.

the needles are adjustable as standard. jake is right, dyno jet kits were never made for them. only the bandit 4. and no they wont work with the 76a. :)

Cheers Chris! Thanks for sharing that info. On test ride of my 400 it didn't seem to bad but I know the fuel curve low down on dyno was poor.

I would venture to say since the carb rebuild kits for the suzuki rf600 are the same that the jet kit needles would also work for the same bike in a 76... cheers
