keeps popping fuses

i stripped my nc30 down a few weeks ago to do some work on it, its been sat on the patio covered up whilst i havent been working on it.
i got it to the ponit of starting it up yesterday, so i started it (when it eventually decided it wanted to) and it ran fine.
it runs fine now but everytime i put the ignition on it blows the 'tail meter horn' fuse,

there were no electrical faults with it when started working on it, but not sure what it could be.

any ideas?

start by unplugging everything fed by that fuse, then (if the fuse doesn't blow) reconnect things individually, until it goes pop again, that should at least pinpoint where the problem lies.
