Going to service the engine in the next week or so on my new RVF. What oil would you guy's recomend for the engine, I have new filter and plugs to go in it so will obviously change the oil as well.

Is that semi synthetic or full synthetic?

As viper said hein gericke is rebranded motul 5100 but for half the price. Semi Synthetic, 10w40 and now 13.99. I use all gericke fluids in my rvf, bloody good stuff and cheap.
