Anyone know what the going rate for a set of these is? (inc HRC copy airbox?)

After this last weekend I'm not convinced I want to f*ck around with them any longer. Bastards cost me an entire round of our state titles.

FCR 32mm flatsides .. your looking at £750 and if you can get the rubbers as well (which are like rocking horse s**t) your in the ball park. I run these on my #1 bike and they are fantastic if used with the HRC airbox. David Simon set mine up and what a difference.!!

PS, if anyone knows where I can get another set of carb rubbers for FCR 32mm flatties Im ready to buy.

Yeah mine have the rubbers, HRC box and all that jazz. I downloaded and read an FCR tuning guide. Frightening sh*t and even more evidence that I can't be fragged setting these things up. It's going to take a long time, and a lot of money, and the suppliers don't carry parts in Oz so needle changes especially can take weeks...

I'm even more determined to get on a susperstock next year!

Need you advice. Going to buy another NC29 and convert it to fully track bike. Thinking to bit FCR carburetor with HRC airbox, but is it really worth this to fit? What is advantages I will get to fit this ?

Yep - I have that manual Parus. It only convinced me even more that I am wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy out of my depth trying to set up flatslides.

I will be able to tell you what difference they make, my bike is going to see a professional after my next race 23-24th of this month, and he is going to get the flatties set up for me.

Even my CV's have developed a stutter and rough power delivery on the hot wees engine. From the conversations i've had the tuner reckons it might be a cam timing issue (and the inlet has been degreed to allow cam adjustment).

I don't know. The English racers on here seem to think they are worth it. My experience so far is far from promising.

Assuming the tuner gives me one, i'll post the start and finish dyno charts on here. It'll be a month off or so though.

I'm hoping he'll have a play with the cam timing and the std vs HRC CDI's as well.
