HRC derestriction unit HELP required

Just received this from Smev and would like some help with fitting it, I have a rough idea (i think...) of where it goes but don't want to risk it without checking on here first.
Under the rear seat unit - there's a black box (is this the CDI unit) held in place with a wire strap the wire to connect to this are located round the LHD side, so is it just the case of running the HRC unit in between these two connections. Sorry if I appear stooopid... but...
