i run 160 but havent ever had a 50 on,below is a quote from another site where someone asked the same question and this was one reply i investigated further via PM.

Same sidewall height (I think) - stock is 150/60, is that correct? Mine is a 170/60, and from what I can tell, he didn't make any modifications when he put that size on, so it just maintains a higher curve. My guess is that it steers a little sharper through turns - the response is literally immediate. Any little bit of pressure ... it almost feels like the bike is a step ahead of you sometimes. Since I haven't ridden on a 150 though, I don't know if it feels the same with the stock size.

It's pretty comfortable to me through the corners - I feel pretty secure whipping through them now (it did surprise me a bit the first couple times) - but my husband gets a little nervous when he rides it. I'm not sure if that's due to different riding styles or size difference or what ... he's quite a bit bigger than I am and used to bigger bikes.
