Guys, what type of tool do I need to remove the shims on a 76a with the shims on top of the valves, the Suzuki one I have is for earlier bikes, surely I don't have to lift the cams out. Thanks.

Hi Gazz,
Im sure you just push the follower sideways against a spring with a small electrician's type scrwdriver and then lift the shim out using a magnetic tool, i use 2 so i can lift out the old shim then put in the new shim in one go or you always drop one as you change over. The shims are uniform and you wont need to get them for the gk76, i got my bandit shims from the local triumph dealer as they were close £4 each.
