NC30 - Swingarm problem

Just removed all the bearings from my wife's NC30. And now it strikes me...
The collar(swingarm pivot), how does it fit?
It seems as it is too long but it was there so it should fit.

How do I get it back in place?
Just put the 2 bearings in place and lock them with the circlip. Then put the long collar in and then the needlebearing?
Is that right?

I don't quite follow you but will have a look in the manuals and the garage shortly - might make sense if I am looking at the bike!

You will find when the bearings are all replaces and the seals and circlip back in place, the collar only fits snugly one way - which if I recall right is the ball-type bearing end.

The long thin collar bit goes in before it, but as I say.. these things only fit a certain way so you cant really get it wrong.

If you google around you can find a pretty nifty nc30 microfiche diagram pdf which aside from part numbers give you an idea how these things together if you are feeling really pedantic ;)
