has anyone ever had a standard shock refreshed?

if so where did you get it done and how much?

About 5 years ago I paid £180 to have a standard late spec nc30 shock rebuilt and lengthened by 10mm at Elliots of Cricklade (import specialists near Swindon), the difference was fantastic,that said Ive got an rs250 shock now.
