Hi everyone in need of some real help. Of recent I have encountered an issue where the front brakes has been gradually locking on? To the point that where I can't move it. When I don't use the lever for a minute or so the locking goes. And can ride the bike without using the front brake no problem only when I use it the pressure builds and locks on.
I really need help!!! Any suggestion much appreciated

the culprit for lockling front brakes is most definately the front brakes binding........
get the bike up on a stand and rotate the front wheel, then apply the brakes and after releasing the front brake try again...if you can't rotate the wheel then it is most definately the brakes binding on.
if you don't have access to a stand just try it by pushing the bike..same results.
if it is this, you will have to strip the calipers down and clean them, giving them an overhaul.

Funny enough the calipers have just been overhauled :S, what causes them to bind?

However when I ride it, it seems to bind once like I have put the break on fully, then releases after a few minutes and then it doesn't do it again; this is without using the lever at all??

i reckon its the seals not been fitted correctly, causing the piston to stick

Mine did something similar a while back after fitting some 2nd hand braided lines; front wheel locked up at 60mph. Reason behind it seemed to be that the spacing of the banjos was slightly out with the bolt, allowing the fluid down under braking, but not having the pressure to return it all to the reservoir.

Could it be that you are going so fast the on comming air is holding your lever down a la moto gp style :D on a serious note did you use any kind of grease on the pistons and rings when you overhauled your calipers??? from my experience a dab of red rubber grease helps to settle things down and the pistons tend to behave as they should

hi buddy
we have had this a few times....the reservoir is too full....simple as that
remove the lid and boot...drain off a bit of fluid
put it back together....go ride
should be fine now....all 400 honda's suffer from this
