Re-attaching cut system??

Right, I have an MHP twin stack on my bike and it's great. Only thing is it's BL00DY LOUD!!! I have had a set of DB killers made up for it which takes the noise down a bit but, not much. At a track day at cadwell recently it failed its first noise test at 106.9 DB's and only scrapped through at 105.9 after 20 mins of raging it up and down the road and holding it at 7000 rpm instead of 8000 whilst matey wasn't looking!!
My problem is that allot of tracks, including my local one, Brands are tighter than that on noise testing and if there's any hope of me doing another one this year i'm going to have to do something about it.
I had an idea that (a) i don't know is possible and (b) don't know if its bad for the bike, but thought i'd get some opinions and suggestions on here first.
This stack uses a cut RVF system to then split off into the two cans. I was wondering if it would be possible to remove the stacks link pipes at this join and re-attach an RVF exhaust cut at the same place. I guess I would need to have some kind of collars attached to the can side of the system but don't know if it would be a good enough join or even if the rest of the system would fit onto a VFR, OR if the swapping of a twin stack back to a regular system for track days would play silly buggers with the fueling etc.
Apart from that I'm not really sure what to do. Brands is 98 DB and so is a big drop to achieve.
Anyone have an opinion on this or ideas for another solution?
Advise always appreciated guys.

thats a real kick in the balls matey
i wonder would different cans or slightly more packing help bring the noise down

how much do you love the stack ?
if it came to it would you sell up for a quieter system?

surely aly bayley and the g france boys race at these places and afaik aly uses an MHP stack, what has he done to drop noise down?

Yeah, problem is the noise is part of the fun of having the stack so am reluctant to sell it and also have it repacked for the same reason! GF had the DB made up for me and yes suggested repacking for extra help, and maybe altering the DB killers to cut the noise even more.
These pipes were originally Aly's...not sure if that was the reason he got rid of them thinking about it?!!
Was thinking about getting another system that i could swop over when i wanted to go on track but can imagine that would be a royal pain in the arse, hence my idea of reattaching the cut part of the system. I know a few people have cut the RVF exhausts to do the twin stack mod so there may be some cut systems kicking around or i could by a bashed up one, dump the can for an aftermarket one?
I know these are great pipes but not sure what the point of them is. If they're too loud for the track then they're definately too loud for the road, so where are you supposed to be able to use them?

A mate of mine also took off his standard can from the VFR NC24 and installed a F1-X car can onto the bike.
What I want to know is this good for the bike as this thing has a 75mm hole straight thru.
Doesn’t the bike need back pressure?
I also don’t think it’s road legal because it is very very loud.

Hahaha, that's class. Get some pics of that up. I can't see the bike running right with a can like that on it though LOL
