No worries, I think you are referring to the exhaust header pipe collars. Try and find a micro-fish or parts manual on the net and call Fowlers with the part number.

Get yours welded or you'll have to replace the downpipes ... and you don't want that.

what evil said! if you look they're behind the larger diameter pipe that fits in to the engine so you'd have to buy a new set complete! its possible you could cut the pipe then slide them on and reweld, but i recon it wouldnt be long before they needed replacing at the welds and it'd look pants i think!! if its only cracked, they should be easy to fix!

If they are badly cracked beyond welding i have 2 good ones that you are welcome to have on a set of scrap pipes i am throwing out. They could be cut and rewelded onto your pipes if you know a good tig welder.

got 4 downpipes made in stainless steel, all i did was cut them of at the exup collector box, sent the inferior mild steel over to DENS EXHAUSTS LONDON, within a week, had them back, complete with new headers made from 12mm stainless, lazer cut, fitted downpipes to bike, then exup collector box, tack welded them, removed them and tig welded them to collector box, also stainless.

Result, easily cleaned, and will never rust . Total (cost £115) just watch you hands, stainless steel get very very hot.

Previous to this I had 100's of pitted pin holes in each mild steel downpipe. loosing top end!

they are looking very 'BLING' could probs make ya self a bit of cash getting sets made and floggin on here and the bay !!!!

I could, but sure if you need them just look in classic bike mag, Dens exhausts. cut you pipes off and stick a stamp on them.

takes a bit of fiddling, but is well worth it, best thing is they are stainless, so will never rust (EVER)
£150 approx. against £430 New (and it rubbish mild steel)

and they polish up well, even after 6 months of crud! :D
