Help in finding my old Cbr400 gull arm

Post by Butler »

Hi All,
Been on the forum for some time and have a day light mot'd tri arm, the main thing is i wantto trace and buy back my old Cbr400rrl gull arm back reg:H39GKR black/silver/teal(turqoise) I was it's first owner in 1993 in the uk and was first reg on the 17/8/1993 i know i sold it on in 2001 aprrox with 110000klms on the clock (though it went back to 0) :o it only had 9800klm when i got it was all standard apart from a scorpion end can!
So if any of you know where it is , last time i saw it on the road was 4 years ago and i know it has a current tax and mot so it's out there some where. :o

Any help in this would be much appricated, i 'll go back to my shed now and start striping my tri-arm ready for summer now.

Surely you could do a HPI check or chase it up through DVLA. Not sure how as I've never done it, maybe someone else here knows.

I got some information from the dvla like it's still current on there register here:- http://www.taxdisc.direct.gov.uk/EvlPor ... le+Enquiry" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I'll try hpi butthere's a thing called the data protection act which could cause a problem , just thought i ask about on the forums first!
