Back after a while away

Hello again everyone
I haven't been here since 2017. In 2012 I bought a nail of an FZR 400 3TJ2 and with the help of many members here rebuilt it to a pretty high level and enjoyed it for a year or two. Its great to see that many of the members are still here and the site is going well. Other projects and work got in the way but I refreshed and rode it in 2017. Althought most of my time in the workshop is spent on a Kwak 810 turbo straight liner I have decided to get the Yam up and running for Summer. Surprisingly it would not start (its always been pretty good at starting. Long story short, it was one of the relays sticking and a few corroded connectors. Anyway the bike starts on the button now. The only problem is that it requires full choke to tick over and will not rev just dies as soon as I touch the throttle.
Where should I start? - my supposition is the jets are blocked as the fuel is old and unless anyone has any other ideas this is where I will start.
thanks in advance of any advice.
