Hi folks, looking to source a rubber seal for my petrol tank cap, is it safe to use a generic one, are the seals the same on other Honda bike caps, I've struggled to find one for my 1992 CB 400 SF.

If the cap has the same bolt pattern, chances are it's the same part.
