Hi folks, I am about to purchase an air cleaner element for my 1992 CB400 SF, where's the best place (and cheapest) to get one please?

Secondly, there is a mention of a 'sub air cleaner filter' which I believe is made from simple foam, where is it please and how do I access it?

It's at the back of the air filter cover, towards the seat, about the size of a matchbox. IIRC the lid comes off when you pull the air filter cover off.

Apologies, that's for an NC30... Oops. I imagine it's likely similar...

Hi, thanks for that, I did find it, and is is a you describe, there wasn't one in when I stripped the bike, so didn't know where it came from.

I've managed to source one, it was over 4 quid plus postage, bloody rip off for a bit of gauze foam!!! I'll make one next time.
