Hello all,
2 questions for you all.
1. I've fitted RSV brembo calipers to my NC30 with Goodyear lines, but now I'm looking to upgrade the front master cylinder as i am finding the brakes a bit spongy. would an overhaul sort this or will i go for a bigger cylinder.
2. There was post not that long ago about a digital speedo conversion for the NC30. Does anyone remember this & how much they are & how easy they are to fit.

Many thanks,
Terry.

Can`t help with the second part, but on the first question you need to distinguish between sponginess (you have air in the system and it just needs careful bleeding) and excessive lever travel (you need a larger diameter master cylinder).

If it`s the latter problem, the quick/cheap fix is to swap the master cylinder for one off an early Fireblade, which is interchangeable and identical except for being 5/8" instead of 14mm bore.

They are easy to tell apart, being stamped `5/8` and`14` respectively and there are tons in the breakers.

I`ve probably got a spare one myself, come to think of it...
