just a quick one really, ive started rubbing down my swingarm so its nice and smooth instead of having an orange peel effect. just wondering wat number wet and dry people have used to do this (probably when polishing)? im using 60 and its takin forever! is this always the case or is there an easier option?

im afriaid there is no easy way! unless you get someone else to do it!!! i did mine and i took ages, once you have got smooth use wet and dry! grades 400, 600, 1000 and 1200 it will feel like you are going at it forever but it is worth it in the end.
the more you rub with the 1200 once smooth the better finish you will get when polished up!

lol couldnt think of a good way of saying it!

NC30V i thought that was pretty much the case just didnt wanna go crazy with some really coarse wet and dry then mess it up. just wanna get it smooth so ive got the option of goin further and polishing or have a smooth finish when its painted/powdercoated
cheers
