NC21, 24 & 23 Forks

Does anyone know if the NC21, 24 and 23 front forks are the same, they look very similar with the anti dive on the LHS?

NC23 forks are about 8mm shorter than NC24 forks, the bottoms are the same, it's just a different stanchion.
I believe NC21 and NC23 forks are the same.
