OWNER : Owner's manuals
SERVICE : Service (repair) manuals
PARTS : Parts manuals (diagrams).
Followed by the bike's version (Vtec, Big1) and the bike's reference (NCXX)
Then the language (either JAP for Japanese or ENG for English)
Ending by the PDF's quality : SCAN = Scanned document and GOOD = Original PDF

I still miss a few of them as you can see so if you have it please send it to me :
CB400SF Vtec 1 and 2 owner manual in English (if it exists)
CB40SF vtec 1 and 2 service manual in English (if they exist)
NSR400 NC19 parts manual (diagram)
