Im in the middle of over hauling the front brakes.

Im looking to separate the discs from the rotors so i can paint them as there a bit tatty.

How do i get the buttons off to separate the two parts so i can paint the rotors and then back on once the painting is done? i assume ill need to use new buttons?

In theory the OE discs are not rebuildable so you will have to drill the buttons out. Honda don`t supply them as spares, but the very helpful guys at Stealth will sell you a set of circlip-retained replacements if you ask them nicely ( http://www.stealthproducts.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; or 0114 257 0111 - tell them I sent you!)
