Hi all I have a 1995 CB400SF that's playing around a bit at top end. If anyone can shed some light it would be great. Ok it has 2 main issues. Firstly it won't brake 90 (I believe there is a restrictor in the Speedo that I need to look into). Secondly and more importantly it struggles at the top end. If I open the throttle whilst crusing at 60 the power will come then disappear to an extent that I have to back off and drop a cog. Also if there is a bit of wind the same happens. Cruising at 70 and a gust comes the bike will slow (and not just frok wind resistance) and even after the wind clears it'll take 15-20 seconds to pick up again after dropping down to approx 50. Any ideas / advise would be good. Thanks.
