I am putting nc35 carbs on my nc30. I have nc35 carbs rubbers to make sure they go on a bit easier. The nc35 rubbers however have a little tab on them and I am using my nc30 carb clamps. Do I need to nip off the tab or just leave it?

Just use them as they are :)

You'll be wanting to go to single throttle cable, or get NC35 cables as the NC30 ones are not a straight swap.

Thanks . I have the cables but the carbs are missing the cable holder. I have a parts wanted ad up on here 16119-MR8-900 is the part. Can anyone help? The nc30 one doesn’t fit as I have tried that.
