Hi guys I'm new owner off my nc24 1988 restored my fuel tank and tap was fine when I took it off now went n put it all back together put 5l of fuel init and it started leaking out off the front were you turn it on,off,Res ,IV order a full seal kit but does anyone have any advice on how to get the rivets off the front also does anyone know where I can get a new fuel filter stem that goes into tank as well mines not the best condition haha

You will have to use a drill to get the rivets off the fuel tap. Start with a very small drill bit and go up in size until it comes off. The tap repair kit should come with screws to use in place if the rivets, but you will need to have a properly sized tap to put threads in the fuel tap body. Therefore you do not want to drill too big a hole to remove the rivets.
