Hi all Ive bought a 1992 gsxr400 gk76a non runner (CARB ISSUES!! )and im sure i'll be on here with many questions!

in the picture there is a gap in the air intake on the fairing which i dont think is supposed to be there- is there just a panel which fits behind it??

Yes from what I remember from my old one there should be an air ducting there:

Yes plastic air ducts - then tubing off these that run under the tank. One side of the tubing connects into a rubber duct that also connects into the frame (under tank above the airbox there will be a slot). I think the other tube just routes above the engine.
