Hello,

I would like to know the colour of the oil pan and the bottom part of the engine housing. I did my last ride for this year and let off the oil from the warm engine. I discovered that both parts are unpainted. But upper part and valve covers are painted black.
My VF1000R engine is completly painted in black so I'm wondering if someone removed the paint or if this is original for NC24.

My oil pan is the basic Aluminum colour, Silver.
I believe they are clear coat painted like a lot of Honda engine parts of that era.
