NC24 Tires

I hesitate to create thread about tires, but I'm going to do it anyways. I see conflicting data on what size tires the NC24 should use. I *think* the correct sizes are 100/90-16 and 130/70-18. Can someone confirm?

I'm able to find Pirelli Sport Demon tires here in the USA in that size. Does anyone have any experience with these tires, or suggestions for other tires I might try? The reality is that tires that stay sticky for may years might be the best buy for this bike as I don't expect to be putting a lot of miles on it. It came with a nearly unused set that is 10 years old, so I think they should be replaced before I do anything more that riding up and down the street a couple of times.

Quote from Pirelli: "High mileage and balanced adherence in the wet- Excellent cost/benefit Ratio"

As you don't need the milage it seems not to be the best choice. I suspect they will get hard after some years. I run Metzler Lasertec from 2013 on my NC24 and I#m fine with them in dry condition. The next ones will be Bridgestone BT45.

Some years ago, I had ME33 (the former Lasertec) on my VF1000R. Changing to BT45 gives me better feelings in handling. But this bike has 90 kg more weight, so I don't know if it's the same on the VFR.

I use Sport Demons, bought a pair 2 seasons ago (circa 1 000 km done). This was basically only option in my area beside some no-names and Asian stuff. BT45's were not available here.
I did a small track once or twice with no issues. For commuting it's fair enough, but did not really try riding a lot in rain.
It's hard to make any precise comments, since I believe we'll be riding in totally different weather conditions and asphalt surfaces.

And yes, tyre size spec you provided fits well, it's ori size.
