So... I can see drain holes on the side of the head for the two out cylinders,but where do the middle cylinders spark plug wells drain to?

Im guessing that there is a channel that allows it to flow into the out hole. If your getting oil from there suspect your valve cover gasket is leaking

I think it’s water getting stuck in there and not draining out. Riding in fog the other day and rain the day after she started running on 2/3 cylinders .
