One again i call on the learned people of the CB400 forum: What is the correct plug gap for a 95 SuperFour with NGK CR8EH-9? I have mine set to 25 thousands of an inch. And secondly, do you screw in the dipstick and take the reading or do you PLACE it on the threads and use that reading?
Thanks
Frank :?

Not sure about the plug gap, if the plugs are new, they should be pre-set, 0.8 - 0.9mm perhaps. The oil level is taken with the cap resting, it's the same for most Jap bikes. I usualy fill up with the required amount when replacing, after letting it empty over night.

Hope this helps.
