Silly question, but I cant find any reference to my engine number.!!

It is NC23 106 5719
I cant find this number at all. can find 103....but 5719 ?
Any ideas appreciated

That's not an engine number!

NC23E is how CBR400 engine numbers begin. Assuming you've just forgot the "E", 103 suggests that it is not from an NC23 or an NC29, so maybe it came from something like a JDM riding school bike? Or (if you're in the 'States), maybe a CB-1?
