The only one I've found that looks you might be able to adjust to fit is a zxr400 h clutch (my calculations go by look so far lol very accurate) by removing the clog off the very back and get a new bit made up so it fit's the nc23 clutch lever inside the engine casing.

But please if one got any rough idea, I'm up for listening to them any knowledge is better that none lol

I've sent you an email. If you google 400greybike cbx750 you should find the old posts about the hrc clutch

I've owned a CBX750 & race an NC23. When I had the CBX, I had a lot of problems with the CBX clutch slipping due to combined wear in all the components. New plates and diaphragm spring partially fixed it but I only really managed to truly fix the bike was by fitting a complete assembly from a low mileage bike.

Not sure why you need a slipper clutch in an NC23, never had a problem on track with the standard unit and I suspect with the CBX750 unit, you will just be adding a heavier clutch unit which will actually sap power.

Hi ya peeps thanks for the reply, I'm going to add the slipper clutch because I want to try my best to build the bike to the same spec as the nc23 hrc f3 bike, I would like it to stop the negative effect of over revving on downshifts.

Ill be honest I never even rode a big 4stroke only 2smokes the bike I ride loads is a aprilia rs125 tuned to the absolute max (Mick abbey 2smoke tuner said it the fastest RS he's ever seen but I goes pop loads as you'd expect and I don't want this one to go bang loads either lol

And yes I'll definitely be letting everyone know how my journey goes on getting the hrc clutch components made, I've nearly got it to the point of a rolling frame ready to move to garage, then I can start the engine build off that is when I'll kick start the clutch build off properly just seeing who can do it the part manufacturing first and see how much to make x2 lots of the parts so I can have spares fingers crossed
