Anyone else noticed that contradiction between the tables in the service manual and the parts manuals. The parts manual table is correct, if the shell thickness listed in the service manual is used to calculate the clearances, not so for the table in the service manual.

A further discrepancy is that the oil clearances calculated when using the correct table, are tighter than specified in the service manual. Calculated oil clearance is 0.014mm, spec is 0.025-0.049mm.

Interestingly, rod bearing code tables in parts and service manuals agree and calculated oil clearance is 0.032mm, spec is 0.028-0.052mm.

I mention this as a warning for those considering future purchases from G-force Performance, to avoid ordering the wrong shells. Does not explain the tighter than spec oil clearance.
