Does anyone know where i can get one from. I've seen a few HRC ones on ebay for the cbr600rr, cbr100rr, do these fit?

NSR250 mc21 throttles will fit and give a shorter turn.

Do you need the throttle tube and the cables?

I keep the genuine HRC/NSR ones in stock but being OE parts they cost around £50. Throttle movement is 60 degrees (1/6 turn)...

I have one on my NC30. Found out after I bought a new open and close cable for the stock throttle then they wouldn't fit. Keep meaning to post the part number on here to find out what it's from, David Silvers website didn't know.

so is it just the tube you need of the whole thing? and do you use the standard cable?

Spike many QA work in different ways in my expierence, and differ on bike. Some route the cabling a different way by means of different throttle cams, some are more and less sophisticated.
I suspect on the NSR one you need the throttle tube and cables, or modified stock ones. Im sure someone will quickly clarify :D

yeh i mean on the nsr one?
if people are doing away with one of the throttle cables I assume that means you dont need both? (obviously) so why do manufacturers out both on (just a saftey thing?)

They are throttle open and throttle return cables, I suppose its to help with the MOT as in needing a cable to help close the throttle? maybe?
However I find it snaps shut faster/better without it :D
