Sorry to keep bombarding you all with questions but I'm really struggling to find dimensions on rods.
The ones in particular are:
Gk76a part number : 12111-33C02-0F0
Gsf400f part number: 12160-32C03
Gsx400f part number: 12220-33206
And the 71 73 and 75
Also does anyone know the gk76a crank dimensions?

You have your part numbers a little off. The 76 pt no for the rod is the same as the gsx400 12160-32c03. the 73a pt no is 12160-32c02. Therefore I would suggest NOT interchangeable, unless you have proof it would work. Stick to 76 rods.
Keep the bottom as std as you can. Suzuki know best in this area. There is lots of rod variables, ie weight, size, oil delivery, end clearance etc etc

I could be wrong but as far as I know bandit, 73 and 76 are same rod, 73 and bandit definitely are and I think the only difference in the 76 is the crank has straight cut primary.
Earlier 71's have a longer conrod with same big end diameter but only has a 15mm wrist pin not 16mm so cannot be swapped across.

Chir5 had this problem when he was looking at stroking the 440 out to 500, think he found a rod but the early cranks although a fit in the later have everything swapped end to end and so you can't run your genny or pick up trigger.

You need to dig about on the 400 section at bandit alley, guy from Holland was doing the same thing and posted loads of pictures of cranks rods etc all with dimensions drawn next to the parts.
