Ho guys/gals,
nc35 front fork setup. Got a nitron rear which is sound. Feel like the front is not great after a trackday last year.
Getting vibration under heavy braking, feels to me like its too soft.
Any thoughts?

You're in Southport. Visit TW Suspension in Preston for their £40 ride in/ride out setup. You won't regret it.

Could be loose head bearings/knackered wheel bearings warped disc fork bushes worn possibly.

It could also be a lack of oil, poor damping etc.
I highly suggest taking to a professional for a rebuild and correct setup - you certainly won't regret it

Make sure your sag and rebound is set correctly or you're gonna run into some problems, i think checking static sag determines if your springrate is too soft or too hard. Vibration could be warped rotors or as the other examples here :D

Like I said before - you live close to one of the best suspension guys in the country. £40 for his ride in/ride out service is the best bike related £40 you'll spend. If your forks are shot, he'll also rebuild them to your specs.
