Hey everbody

Looking to buy an RVF400 1994. Milage unknown The bike is located far away from where i am.

Compression test scores 9atm on cold engine and 10.5 on warm in each cilinder. Garage air temperature is -5°C (23°F).

How much likely the cilinders and/or pistons want to finally say goodbuy to the world or is it likely that i could rase compression by changing piston rings and fixing valve clearances only?
