Hi I have a nc24 that was working fine last Wednesday I went to start it this morning and nothing it just cranks over but seems to have no spark at all although I have yet to check this properly as my tools are at my place and the bike isn't. Just wondering if any one had any ideas as to what the problem maybe be as it's always fired even when it's not started. I've just sprayed rear sub frame and give it a good clean and it was fine for 2 days after putting it back together now it's dead seems strange to me

Check CDI connectors.

I've checked those it all seems ok and was working before it stopped. Is there any way to check the cdi it's self?

have you checked it for spark yet?

seems like it would be something to do with anything you've disconnected around the subframe area.

Unless of course it is coincidental failure.

So you have used the wiring diagram and a multimeter to check that +12v is available at the ignition coils and the ignition control unit?
