im in need of a new chain as its got to elongated but is it compulsory to put on new front and rear sprockets at same time, like doing oil...change sparks as well. or is it more "advised" thing to do?

when changing the chain, its advisable to do it all at once.
saves wear and tear being random, a new chain will wear/cut into the sprockets and ruin it really quickly.
and vice versa new sprockets wiv and old chain will kill a chain.
so best to do it all in 1 go.

nope....and my bike shop have said the same to me as well.
the new chain quickly moulds in to the old sprockets.
i only replace whats worn out of the 3 items.. for me i have seen a pattern forming over the last 6 years...
replaced whole kit...
next year replace front sprocket
following year replace whole kit
and so on....

do check the front sprocket as it wears out the fastest due to how much work it does compared to the rest.

as to sparkies.. been told to only change them when needed.. no need to change once a year. oil on the other hand is far more important to change yearly + oil/air filters.

got to agree with leopard pagan.........

no point replacing something that is in good working order,just a quick inspection will let you know what kind of conditon the front/rear sprocket are in.

if i give them a clean and post a pic can you give me some advice? as dont have any prior knowledge to gauge on.... i know its repetitive but ive also never quite picked up how to post pics on the page apart from using a link to photo bucket so if someone could give specific step by step instructions would be lovely.

right.
well when you have the picture in front of you on photo bucket,
right click on the picture and in the little bar that comes up click the bottom one that says properties.
a little box opens up and halfway down it will have adress: (URL),
highlight, right click then copy,
then put that info in between the 2 image boxes

If your chain is stretched the sprockets will be on the way out as the chain rides up the teeth due to the distance pin to pin of the cahin being longer.

As Leapard_pagan says it can be worthwhile replacing the front sprocket by itself due to it's higher wear rate but it is unlikeley that your chain would be gone and sprockets still good.

um sorry but how do i get the damn chain off?...is it a case of hack saw or bashing the link with the two pins?
