I thought I would post this on here in case it helps anyone. I had a local company replicate the number board decals for the tail unit. I couldn't find anyone else doing these. My bike is a Type 1, but 2 & 3 look to be the same decal. He's done me a white number board and the CBR 400 Etc decal.

I'm not sure on cost you will have to get in touch with them, but they didn't charge me that much, considering the time he spent taking a pattern off my bike.
