This is probably a very simple question to answer.

Can anyone tell what the round openings in the side of the cylinder heads are for? (1 in the centre of each cylinder, adjacent to the exhaust manifold)
This is on the NC30.

Can't see the photos, but if they're of what I think, they are spark plug recess drain holes.

Ah.....there they are.

As said above water drain holes.
