nc21 uses only 1 h4 bulb so it shouldnt melt the switch unless you have put an over-wattage bulb in, if its a normal h4 then as magg as already pointed out its probably just crap in the switch so a straip and clean should sort it.

fixed* there was this little plate in the switch (it's pushing the guide for the slider) that needed to be bent in its original position, everything lubricated and now works perfect.

Anyone know where to get a replacement headlight switch (on right bar) for a VFR400 L?

I looked at Wemoto but they don't seem to have it and David Silver's parts list is an enigma to me (if I get stuck I'll call though...)

And some aftermarket red button jobs look a bit sloppy

Any pointers appreciated
