'89 3en2 streetfighter

Hi all! This a thread for my 1989 en2 streetfighter project that I have aquired from a family member (dave_paxo),
I saw it sat at the back of his storage one day and fell in love with the colour! Couple weeks later we made a deal so it came to me!
When I got it it had been sat for a few years and he had never had it running! 2 days after having it I got it going after cleaning the carbs!
It also had a badly cut up r6 rear subframe (previous owner) which meant no pillion seat could be used, I have a second one unbutchered! However im currently working with the butchered one go get a satisfying template and line! Got a solo seat cowl for it when done! Will also have a seat to hand!
Also had pods undecided on these at the moment! Has an en1 front end it so streetfighter explained! The worst of it is major damage to main casings on flywheel side!
It had standard rear end, I bought a xjr400 rear wheel and used what me and dave believe to be a fzr600 rear hanger milled down to accept original caliper and larger disc! That then got swapped for a full 3tj rear end (with dave
) it also now has a r6 13s rear shock! En2 front end to grt fork seals for and headraces then thats going in! Just so I can run 298 fazer 600 Armstrong wavy discs
I will also be running yamaha r1/6 bluespots on the front and potentially on a custom hanger on the rear to run bluespot there to!
Got to get a clutch cable as original cables are all to short now with risers
plan to get custom clutch and use fazer throttles, brake lines will be braided and made to order at required lengths!
