just got my wheels and calipers podwercoated and rebuilt the calipers along with new braided brake lines.. but no mater what i do i cant get the pistons to move.. i have a vacuum pump and am getting fluid to the bleed nipple but it keeps dragging air bubbles. ive ran near 1 liter through the master cylinder with no luck..

can anybody help :)

Ok, the best way i found was too back bleed them with a syringe attached via a small hose to the bleed nipple, doing the nearside caliper first. Keep an eye on the master cylinder in case it overflows, remove fluid as needed. This filled the calpers first allowing me to do a standard bleed afterwards for safety.

Yes, just fill the syringe and squirt it into the calipers. This should push the pistons out and should rise to the master cylinder with a mix of fluid and air bubbles, stick a towel around the bike in case of any overspill. Although mine appeared fine this way i re bleed them the proper way to be sure. I tried vacums etc without any success. This was the easiest way by far. Once fluid is in the system it will be easy to do in the future.
