Clip on inserts removable.

Bought some new bar ends but are the collet type.... Are the original threaded inserts removeable??

NC30 or NC35? If NC35 then yes. Not sure about NC30, but probably same for that model too.

the bars i have(standard nc30)the inserts are not removable,so no..
