Hi guys changed my engine a few years back now and just dug through some of the old bits and found this that i must of forgot to fit back on. Can anyone tell me where it goes. I think it sat under the carbs and attached to the frame somehow but cant quite remember. All help is welcome!! Hope pic works its the first time i have tried it!! Its on an rvf

i havent seen one that shape before but it looks like the rubber flap part that goes behind the headstock to stop hot air from the engine going into the airbox snorkel/heatsoaking the carbs...doesnt it attach on the crossmember behind the headstock?hth

It's the heat guard in front low position of airbox and behind headstock.
