Per the Haynes manual...
I drop mine out the bottom. I hope you have the castle nut sockets...

Remove all the usual plumbing and electrics, get the bike on front and rear paddock stands and remove the front wheel and mudguard, put a trolley jack under the sump and pump it up just enough to take the weight, remove all engine mounting bolts except the long one bottom rear (just take the nut off that one and back off the adjuster sleeve), gently lower the jack so the engine tilts forward and down, lastly remove the rear bolt and simply wheel the engine out...
