Hi guys,
Just one quick one, just doing a full headstock bearing and race change on my NC. Which is the correct grease to use when I re-assemble it? When I pulled it apart theirs red grease been used, is that the rubber type grease? Does this need to be the grease used for when I have to re-grease it up again?
Sorry for the noob question fellas!
Cheers.

I;d use a nice lithium grease or a molybdenum number - the service manual in the downloads will tell you what Honda reckon :)

Well you learn something new every day.
I use bucketfulls of grease and boxes of grease cartridges weekly.
The colour of the grease is often irrelevant, its just from different manufacturers, except of the case of Moly grease where it is nearly always black.
Red rubber grease is also an exception... I have never seen blue, red rubber grease.

A little late, but I use the Mobile1 full synthetic stuff...
Molly grease is great stuff, but it's a bit messy!
