Shock needs a refresh

My shock needs a refresh and maybe even replace the spring for one suitable for my weight (which I'm not sure it is at the moment). The spring has 120-150 stamped on it; what does it mean exactly and which spring should I get for a 70kgs rider in full gear?
Can anyone recommend me someone that does this sort of work and also, what sort of price should I expect?
The shock is a WP by the way.

Reactive suspension mate, i did a shock service course there 2 days ago and the guy that owns it (gareth) really knows his stuff and charges about £160 for a service, or pay £200 and do the course taking your own shock to service ;) I took my ohlins and service parts cost £22.
Id offer to do it for you if you wanted but id rather do a few of my own shocks first before doing one for someone else.
